We used to really like Estibot, they provide a set of tools to estimate the value of a domain name as well as a host of other features. It’s free to evaluate a small number of names, but as we look at thousands and thousands of names every day – well, we use their (still quite modestly-priced) paid for service.
Now, we love them! We’d set up a recurring PayPal payment to them once a month, except we’d done it twice. They politely and courteously looked at our account and removed one of the automated payments and refunded the extra cash we’d paid. No problems, no quibbles just great service. In a domaining world where so many provide such a low level of service we’d like to shout out a big thank you to Esa at Estibot for being so professional and helpful – you’re a star!
